Cancellation Policy and FAQ

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • Should cancellation of your place occurs in any class 7 days or more before the class begins, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration minus a $50 processing fee.

  • Should cancellation occurs 4-6 days before commencement of the class, you are entitled to a credit towards another future class minus a $50 processing fee.

  • Should a cancellation occur 72 hours before commencement of a class this will result in no refunds or credits being given.

PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee a spot in a future class. There must be space available, and you must call to register and finalise any additional class fees.

All class credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

All classes are held in my private home studio, located in Milpara, in the Southern Region, Albany Western 

Q DO CLASSES RUN WITH A MAX AND MIN NUMBER?

A Yes. Classes run with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 6, unless otherwise stated.

Q WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A I accept payment by direct deposit, cash, or credit card classes for all students. Whether you’re a brand new student hoping to learn a thing or two about art, or if you’re simply interested in picking up a new hobby, I'm here to welcome you into the fold.
